Hugos—Michelin-starred dining

Hugos has held a Michelin star continuously since 1999, including the 2026 recognition. The restaurant also received three black toques from Gault & Millau in 2025. Located on the 14th floor, Hugos combines innovative, sophisticated cuisine with panoramic city views and sunset backdrops, creating a feast for all the senses.

Head Chef Johannes Gehrich, who joined Hugos in 2016 and became head chef in late 2025, leads a dedicated team. Sous Chef Lisa Schröder, formerly of Restaurant AURA by Alexander Herrmann & Tobias Bätz, joined the team in December 2025. Together, they craft gourmet-level dishes that balance refined technique with approachable elegance.
